You really have to wonder about the intelligence ( ... or lack) of some of PM Harper's cabinet.

What I don't understand, as Sandy pointed out at her blog, is why the PMO didn't get ahead of this with the media?
Unless of course they did and the media ignored them?
In the Canadian Forces it is automatic that an inquiry must be called to look into the circumstances of lost classified documents. It is appalling that soldiers face an inquiry and cabinet ministers walk. DISGUSTING.
There are already laws about classified documents. That's why this is a scandal. New rules are a joke. Raitt should be fired.
