Help Wanted
I am assisting a journalist(s) doing a story on Liberal MPs and staffers, and how they dealt with their (ex)wives and children. Anyone willing to participate should contact me at paulsblues45@hotmail.com. Confidentiality is assured.
I saw a video on youtube (heard actually, it was a telephone conversation), where someone high up , only spoke to his children by telephone, for 6 years, due to being busy with his career and publicity of self.
BTW, the media has now moved on from being outraged at the truth ads (polls are in so no longer can sway the population), to being outraged at the size of the deficit the coalition of losers demanded and opps are demanding be increased.
to being outraged at the size of the deficit the coalition of losers demanded and opps are demanding be increased.
I hope the opposition parties are untouchable-they can do no wrong; whatever they say is a godsent to the public and the msm. work for 45 days and claim EI for 52whs.
The prime minister tried to bring in a conservative budget, deduct parties' salaries. remember the $1.98? instead of the opposition accept this they decided to form an illegal unelected coalition which was brewing right before our very eyes-silent of course by the media. Remember the PM in a minority government and would have been defeated had the cons brought in that conservative budget.
This proves that the opposition parties had no intentions of working with the prime minister to find a common ground. instead they b+++ch all day complaining.
I blame the MSM for allowing the opposition parties to walk all over us and with their(msm) daily bashing of the prime minister instead of understanding the dilemma he faces against the opposition parties.
The deficit is only 3% of the GDP and is much less than other countries. And that is 5% lower than the last deficit, which was 8% of GDP. That is what one has to remember. Even Jeanie Lee, on cbc, said it was not an outrageous amount. But of course the media and liberals will not let facts get in the way of a smear.
Well Mary, I think we should know what is in the budget/stimuls that Iffy would remove... If it is tax cuts, then Iffy had better rejig the unemploymnent numbers and EI benifits paid out as a result.
Oh, and that 'we handed Harper a $13B surplus'...crap Iffy needs to be asked how much of the raided EI funds, tossed into general revenues, makes up that 2005 surplus.
On Politics just now, neither Travers or the guy from Radio Canada think there will be an election. Not with liberals demanding more for EI, national day care, carbon tax, increase gst, and who wants politicians knocking on doors during July. And another message the got out, if there is an election, everything stops, stimulus funds, and other things, and if govt changed it would be months before a new budget etc could be brought in. Possible a complete stop for 6 months or more. Canadians would not like that, especially all those construction workers whose job would be gone.
And another thing the liberals will do if back in power, bring back Khdar (probably pay him millions) and all the other cdns of convenience in foreign jails. Hey, how does that compassion of bringing cdns of convienience home work for you, the lebanese went back, and I read that Brenda Martin wants to go back to Mexico. Maybe Khdar would want to go back to Osama.

I know the video you are referring to Wilson. But I'm thinking of someone a little closer to my home than Iggy.
ReplyDeleteNice one Paul.

ReplyDeleteCorrection I 'thought' the liberals....

The Canadian media somehow believes it's far worst to shake hands with your kids than to leave and ignore them.

ReplyDeleteIf they're only doing Liberals, they can't really be called journalists now, can they?
